UNIK Technology provides sourcing and coordination services. Refund eligibility depends on the written commercial terms of each project.

1. Service Scope
   Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees for sourcing, inspection, sampling, or project management cover professional services already performed and are generally non-refundable once work has started.
2. Deposits and Factory Payments
   Payments made to factories or logistics partners are subject to those suppliers' terms. We help mediate disputes, but refunds from third parties are not guaranteed by UNIK Technology alone.
3. Quality Concerns
   If goods do not match approved samples or written specifications, contact us promptly with photos, packing lists, and order references so we can investigate with the supplier.
4. Time Window
   Please raise product or service concerns within 8 days of becoming aware of the issue, or within the timeline stated in your order confirmation, whichever applies.
5. Resolution Options
   Depending on the case, resolution may include remake, partial credit, replacement, or a negotiated refund from the relevant party.
6. How to Request Help
   Email info@uniktech.cn with your company name, order or inquiry ID, and a short description of the issue.
